scanEZ lets you see all the designs

Hi Cyril,
I hope this response isn't too late...
It looks to me like he used Ytria scanEZ (http://www.ytria.com/scanez). Its tree view gives you the ability to see all of an application's designs without restriction (in contrast to the Designer client which only shows you the designs that match your current language).
